Company Profile:

River Oaks Hot Springs Spa is a spa fed by a natural artesian, thermal, mineral hot springs.  The facility boasts, both indoor and outdoor spa treatment packages, in addition to offering private, public, corporate and wedding events.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor’s role is to partner with the Spa Manager in engaging, motivating, training and leading a teal of Guest Services Associates in operating a customer service-oriented guest experience.  The Supervisor is the extension of the Spa Manager and will provide overall support to manage the business’s daily operations.


Foster a service-oriented environment tailored to each guest, while ensuring the guest is always treated in an exemplary manner;

Drive sales growth through the implementation of all marketing and advertising directives;

Implement procedures to monitor and maintain inventory securely; record accurate inventory levels;

Provide on-going coaching / feedback; empower team to adhere to company policies and procedures; set clear expectations and lead by example;

Monitor, maintain and represent the business via social and print media and with industry partners.


At least 2-3 years of progressively experience with the hospitality/retail sectors and at least 1 years of supervisory experience;

Ability to understand and execute concepts related to financial principles, inventory management and marketing;

Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach and mentor associates with professionalism;

Astute abilities to make effective decisions; proficient multi-tasker; efficient problem solver

Possess competent computer skills; proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, Adobe and Publisher;

Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotational schedule;

Must be at least 21 years of age.


$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
