Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all functions, staffing and efficient daily operations of this full-service branch.  


Assume accountability for achieving annual revenues, sales and customer satisfaction targets and minimizing operational losses;

Provide overall leadership for the branch and possess the ability to understand, communication and strive to achieve the mission of the bank;

Ensure the branch sales/service supports the overall corporate objective to provide superior service to the customers;

Meet or exceed deposit and loan growth goals;

Provide approvals within assigned authority limits;

Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner;

Plan, implement and manage the branch’s operational capabilities efficiently and in a manner to maximize branch profitability;

Direct branch business development through outside calls, in-branch bank product sales, branch campaign and targeted direct mailings;

Ensure the expansion of customer relationships through the branch by cross-selling activities;

Promote staff development through training, cross-training and career planning;            

Participate in bank-sponsored events to demonstrate support for the community and increase business outreach and business opportunities for the bank;

Ensure compliance with the CRA outreach program;

Ensure that BSA policy and procedures are followed and compliance standards are met;

Conduct performance evaluations for staff and administer disciplinary actions as necessary;

Other duties as assigned.


At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity;

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred;

At least 2 years of management experience.

Working Hours:

Variable (8:30AM – 5:30PM or 9:00AM – 6:00PM with flexibility)
