Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Retread Production Manager & Operations Manager, the Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for organizing and monitoring the receiving, storage and distribution of all tires from suppliers or branches, in an effort to ensure a smooth and consistent distribution process to the relevant branches and/or customers, in an effective and efficient manner.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities;

Route, schedule, load and prepare tire and related products orders for delivery;

Load, unload, check and tally tires and other products during receiving and shipping process; Check and verify accuracy of orders;

Prepare requisite paperwork;

Conduct physical inventories periodically to assure integrity of inventory records and protection of assets;

Operate company trucks, forklifts and computers safely and efficiently;

Any other duties as assigned by the Controller/Operations Manger


High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of related experience/training;

Physical inventory experience and understanding of inventory turnaround;

Must have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience;

Proficient oral and written communication skills;

Possess basic computer skills;

Possess proficient basic math skills;

Holder of valid California Driver’s License or I.D. card and a clean, insurable driving record;

Copy of H6 driving record required; forklift certified, a plus (will train);

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds;

Ability to pass drug screen and physical examination.

Working Hours:

8:00AM – 5:00PM, with 1 hour for lunch, Monday through Friday, with occasional over-time and occasional Saturday schedule


$15.00 per hour, non-exempt status, with benefits.
