Company Profile:

Aulon Arch, which began as a partnership among friends and family, is a Sacramento-based parent company to private businesses, including ice cream, real estate and auto repair and in addition, invests in public companies. It has consistently generated 15% returns year after year and currently has approximately 120 shareholders. 

Job Summary:

The Investor Relations Manager will be the first contact with potential new investors, while maintaining established relationship with existing investors. 

Duties / Responsibilities:

Ability to bring existing pipeline of medium to high-net worth investor contacts/relationships to the company;

Proven ability to build upon existing pipeline of potential investors, through networking, cold calling, event planning, written and electronic correspondence, marketing, etc.;

Ability to develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value;

Maintain up-to-date expertise in investing and securities regulations, in both public and private markets;

Ability to travel, as required.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity;

Existing transferable medium to high-net worth pipeline / network / existing client base;

A professional who is entrepreneurial; can work to strict deadlines; possesses exceptional time management skills and has a structured client focus;

Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines;

Previous holder of FINRA Series 7, 63 and/or 24 licenses, preferred;

Additional language capabilities, a plus.

Superb written and oral communication skills.

San Luis Obispo, CA

Hours:

Flexible working schedule, i.e., 8:00AM – 4:00PM, or a variation thereof

Compensation:

Competitive base salary, plus performance-related bonus.
