Aulon Arch, which began as a partnership among friends and family, is a Sacramento-based parent company to private businesses, including ice cream, real estate and auto repair and in addition, invests in public companies. It has consistently generated 15% returns year after year and currently has approximately 120 shareholders.

Job Summary:

Reporting primarily to the Investor Relations Manager and secondarily to the Shareholder Liaison, the Investor Relations Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative processes and tasks for new accounts, shareholder tools and resources; facilitating and cultivating relationships with existing, new and prospective shareholders, in addition to supporting special projects, as needed.


Understand and promote Aulon Arch’s values, company culture and mission;

Onboard new shareholders, which includes collecting required documentation and information;

Assist Investor Relations Manager with routine operational and shareholder requests and inquiries;

Coordinate meetings between shareholders and management;

Plan and manage shareholder events.


Prior successful administrative experience, necessary;

Experience working with highly sensitive and/or confidential information;

Financial services experience, a plus;

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, necessary;

Astute time management, multi-tasking, organizational and attention to detail skills, necessary;

Proficient project management skills, necessary;

Comfortable balancing duties of a support role, while identifying solutions to improve processes;

Ability to thrive in an evolving organization and flexibility with constant change;

Possess a dynamic personality and ability to connect with diverse groups of people;


$25.00 per hour for this non-exempt position, plus benefits and a flexible work schedule
