Job Summary:

We are excited to immediately fill the position of Northern Regional Manager, which will be a mobile position focused on the 7 San Luis Obispo County retail stores.

Duties / Responsibilities:

At least 3 years’ multi-location / multi-departmental retail store management; Ability to confidently interact with a wide variety of personalities, including business principles, industry executives, outside sales representatives, training managers, non-profits and the general public; Exceptional organization, multi-tasking and time management skills and ability to follow through on a  wide variety of tasks;

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Experience sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and screening new employees under consideration for hiring;

Proven experience in merchandising, including promotional end caps and store sets with a basic understanding of a retail customer’s mindset and buying behaviors; Ability to receive from upper management, as well as providing directives / instructions to subordinates; Constructively provide individual support to all staff utilizing “laddering approach” management style in the supervision of employees; Proven experience interacting with a Point of Sale industry computer application, together with solid computer and software knowledge; Experience establishing and maintaining processes and procedures relative to multiple locations and levels of operations; Proficient employee supervisory, mentoring and training skills, which will be implemented for front line and store manager staff;

Bilingual English / Spanish, a plus;

Valid California Driver’s License, together with clean driving record;

Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional flexibility, depending upon company needs.

Competitive base salary, plus benefits.
